YOUNG GREYSHIRT: 1989 - Who Killed Hoodlum Hit?
Byron Lord, writer of the popular "Franky & Johnny" comic book, tells us how he nearly had unveiled a scandalous detail of the lives of Franky Lafayette and Johnny Apollo - and how this was prevented last minute.
In this story, we learn how Johnny is separating himself from his pal Franky and selfishly betrays him.
One word about the art: it's clearly visible that this time, Rick Veitch's pencils are not inked by himself - Al Williamson's inks look a bit rough and don't fit the pictures well.
GREYSHIRT: Silhouettes On The Shade
A man is killing his wife's lover whom he has catched in flagranti. But after that, he gets really frightened and flees, hunted by Greyshirt's silhouette in the dark shadows of Indigo City.
Some good storytelling techniques are used here: we see almost nothing but shadows, almost no dialogue, just comments in captions. Very atmospheric art by David Lloyd (V for Vendetta).
